Hi everyone, I'm Olivia and I'm a French chef who work in the Sofitel Abu Dhabi since January 2024. I'm from the North of France. I first had a career as a lawyer before becoming a pastry chef. I trained at Ferrandi Paris and Lutetia in Paris.
